Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Your first workspace starts with 14 days of Business. After that it moves to Free, and nothing you built is deleted.

Can we bring our existing work?

Yes. Import tasks from Excel or CSV in a few clicks. Moving from another tool? Talk to us and we will help you migrate.

Can we get our data out?

Yes. Export any List, Folder or Space to a spreadsheet whenever you like.

Can people outside our company work with us?

Yes, without an account. Send them a form to submit requests and follow their status, or share a read-only link to a view or Doc.

Is it safe to give an AI assistant access?

It never gets more access than you have. Each assistant you connect is listed in your profile, and you can disconnect it at any time.
