Any question you need
Text, dropdowns, dates, people, addresses and file uploads, with each answer saved straight into a field on the task. Make a form public for customers and suppliers, or internal for your own team.
Multi-row forms
Let customers paste or upload a whole sheet of rows at once, such as an order sheet. Every cell is checked as they type, rows with the same order number can be merged into one task, and nothing is created until it is all correct.
5 rows → 3 tasks
Rows with matching values were merged. Check the result, then confirm to create the tasks.
A status page for the sender
After sending a public form, the sender gets a link to follow their request, no account needed. Every task created from a multi-row batch gets its own status link.
Reuse a form
Copy a form to another List with its questions, layout and merge rules. The copy starts switched off, so you can check it before it goes live.

Common questions
Do people need a Qordo account to fill in a form?
Not for a public form. Anyone with the link can submit it without signing in. Internal forms are for workspace members only.
Where do submissions go?
Each submission becomes a task in the List the form belongs to, with the answers in its fields. Automations can pick those tasks up, for example to assign them or apply a template.
Can one submission create several tasks?
Yes, with a multi-row form. Each row becomes a task, or rows that share a value, such as an order number, are merged into one task.
Can I turn a form off?
Yes. A disabled form accepts nothing and disappears from the List until you turn it back on.
