Privacy Policy

Last updated October 12, 2026

This policy explains what information QordoAI Inc. (“Qordo”, “we”) collects when you use Qordo, this website and our AI assistant connection, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your information, we do not show ads, and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

Who is responsible

Your organisation decides what goes into its Qordo workspace. For that workspace content we act on your organisation's behalf, as a processor, and follow its instructions. For account, billing and website information we decide how it is used, as a controller.

QordoAI Inc., 848 N. Rainbow Blvd. Ste 9027, Las Vegas, NV 89107. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), profile picture, language and time zone. If your organisation signs you in through Single Sign-On or provisions you with SCIM, your identity provider sends us your name, email address and employee details such as team or manager.
  • Workspace content: everything your team puts into Qordo, such as tasks, comments, documents, custom fields, forms, automations and attachments.
  • Information sent to you by others: answers submitted through your forms, and emails forwarded to a List's task address, including the sender, message and attachments.
  • Billing details: plan, seats and invoices. Card details go straight to our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser, device and the requests your browser makes, kept in our server logs, and error reports when something breaks.

How we use it

  • To run Qordo: store your work, show it to the people allowed to see it, send notifications and run your automations.
  • To sign you in and keep accounts secure, including spotting abuse of public forms.
  • To bill paid plans and manage trials.
  • To fix bugs, keep the service fast and answer support requests.
  • To send service emails, such as invitations, password resets, reminders and notifications you choose to receive.

We use your information only for these purposes, because we need it to provide the service you signed up for, or because we have a legitimate interest in keeping it working and secure.

Cookies

We use only the cookies Qordo needs to keep you signed in and protect your session. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and this website does not track you.

AI assistants

You can connect Claude, ChatGPT or Codex to Qordo. When you do, the assistant acts as you: it can see only what you can see and change only what you can change. The information it reads from Qordo is sent to that AI provider and handled under their own terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect an assistant at any time.

Who helps us run Qordo

We share information only with trusted providers that run parts of the service for us, such as hosting, file storage, email delivery, payments and error monitoring. They may use it only to provide those services to us. A list of these providers is available on request at [email protected].

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a buyer if Qordo is ever sold, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Where your data is stored

Our servers are in the United States. If you use Qordo from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States and in the countries where the providers above operate.

How long we keep it

  • Workspace content is kept for as long as your workspace exists.
  • Deleted items go to the workspace trash and are permanently deleted after 30 days.
  • Server logs and backups are kept for a limited time, for security and recovery, and then deleted.
  • Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

To close a workspace and have its data deleted, the workspace owner can contact us at [email protected].

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile at any time, and people whose role allows it can export tasks to CSV or Excel. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and to object to or limit how we use it.

If your information is in a workspace run by your employer or another organisation, please contact them first, because they control that content. Otherwise, contact us at [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed, permissions decide who sees each Space, List and task, and organisations can require Single Sign-On. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at [email protected] if you find a problem.

Children

Qordo is a tool for work and is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell workspace owners by email before it takes effect.
