Terms of Service

Last updated October 12, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and QordoAI Inc. (“Qordo”, “we”) for using Qordo. If you use Qordo for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to. If you do not agree, please do not use Qordo.

Your account and workspace

You need an account to use Qordo, and you must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. A workspace belongs to the organisation that created it. Its owner and admins decide who joins, what each person can see and do, and which plan it is on.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you and your team put into Qordo. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use that content, including information about other people, such as customers who answer your forms. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not use Qordo to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
  • send spam, or collect information through forms without a legal basis;
  • upload malware, or try to get into accounts, workspaces or systems you are not allowed to access;
  • overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or get around plan limits; or
  • resell Qordo without our written agreement.

We may suspend accounts that do, after warning you where we reasonably can.

Plans, trials and payment

  • The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on our pricing page.
  • New workspaces get 14 days of the Business plan for free, with no card needed. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Nothing is deleted.
  • Paid plans are charged per seat, monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices do not include taxes, which are added where they apply.
  • Adding a seat is charged for the rest of the current billing period. Removing a seat takes effect at your next renewal, so on a yearly plan a removed seat stays paid until then.
  • You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable. We don't refund unused time or removed seats, except where the law requires it.
  • We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of a plan you are on.

AI assistants and other services

You can connect AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Codex, and other services, to Qordo. They act with your permissions and are provided by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for what those services do with the information you choose to send them, or for the accuracy of what an AI assistant does on your behalf, so please check its work.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, for example on our feedback portal, we may use them without owing you anything.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Qordo available and your data safe, but we do not promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We improve Qordo all the time and may change or remove features. If we remove something important on a paid plan, we will tell you first.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Qordo at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. When a workspace is closed, tasks can be exported before it goes, and we delete the data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Qordo is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we make no other promises about it, such as fitness for a particular purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because of your content or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them locally.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell workspace owners by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Qordo after that means you accept the new terms.
