Which files can I import?

.xlsx and .csv files, or rows pasted straight from a spreadsheet.

Can I import into custom fields?

Yes, into most types. Formula fields calculate themselves, and attachments can't be imported.

What if some rows have errors?

Qordo shows which cells are wrong and why, before anything is created. Fix them in the preview, or ignore those rows and import the rest.

How are assignees matched?

To members of your workspace. A value that matches nobody, or more than one person, is flagged so you can fix it first.
