An address for every List
Generate an address for any List, then send, forward or CC emails to it from any mail app. If the address is passed around too widely, reset it and the old one stops working.
Attachments included
Files in the email land on the task, ready to preview or download. The original email is kept on the task as well, so nothing from the message is lost.

Links stay clickable
The email's text and links carry over into the task description, so tracking numbers and order links still open in one click.

Ready for your rules

Common questions
Can customers email the address directly?
Yes. Anyone can send to it. An email from a teammate is created as them, and anything else is created by the Email Bot.
Can I set the assignee and due date from the email?
Yes. Put <assign me> or <assign [email protected]> and <due next Friday> in the subject. The tags are removed from the task's title.
What if the address gets shared too widely?
Reset it. Qordo creates a new address, and the old one stops working for good.
What happens to very large emails?
If the attachments are over the size limit, the email is returned to the sender and no task is created, so nothing arrives half-finished.
