Common questions

What can the API do?

Anything your account can do in the app, such as creating and updating tasks, posting comments, managing custom fields and reading views. It never sees more than you do.

How do I get a token?

Open Profile, find API Token and choose Generate. You can copy it again any time, and Regenerate stops the old one straight away.

How do I know a webhook call is genuine?

Every call carries a signature made with the webhook's signing secret, which is shown once when you create it. Check the signature before trusting the payload.

Is there an API reference?

Yes, at developer.qordo.ai. It lists every endpoint with its requests and responses, and shows how to connect an AI assistant.
