Protect a Doc

Lock a finished Doc so nobody changes it by accident. Everyone who could read it still can, and only the people who can lift the protection can edit it.

SOPs

Your SOPs, beside the work they describe.

SOPs are the agreed steps for a routine job, written once. Keep them all in one place, attach them where they apply, and the right steps show up on every task.

01

All in one place

Every procedure your company follows, in one place and easy to search. Browse by Space, Folder or List, and see who wrote each one and when.

Common questions

Can people outside the company read a Doc?

Yes. Publishing a Doc gives you a link anyone can read without an account, and it reaches nothing else in your workspace. Turning the link off ends it for good.

Can two people edit the same page?

One person edits a page at a time, and everyone else sees their changes live. The page frees up shortly after they close it.

Who can see a new Doc?

By default, everyone in the workspace who can see Docs. Make it private and only you can, until you invite others.

Which images can I add?

JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP and SVG, up to 25 MB each. Paste a screenshot, or drag a file in.

What is an SOP?

A standard operating procedure: the agreed steps for a routine job, such as receiving a delivery or handling a return.

Do recurring tasks keep their procedures?

Yes. Procedures carry over to each new round of a recurring task, and templates bring theirs along too.
